We have a no-questions-asked return policy for all of our food products, many of our treats, and almost all of our care products! So, if you purchase a product from our shop and it just doesn’t work for your pet, simply bring it back for a full refund.

BlackPaw is a locally owned and operated pet grooming facility in Boulder County, where the health and wellness of our furry friends is always our top priority. Current owners Keenan and Elissa took over BlackPaw Retail and Grooming in 2022, and are proud to offer the same high standard of grooming services, premium products, and top-quality food and treats for our customers and their beloved pets. Keenan and Elissa are actively involved in every aspect of the day-to-day business operations and customer service, and in fact, each time you come in you’ll very likely be greeted with a smile from one of them. They make it their goal to know each pet, each family, and each customer on a personal level, and you’ll often find Elissa behind the counter, or greeting pets at the door to give them some extra love on their way in or out.

Keenan is originally from Illinois and has resided in the Boulder County area for over a decade. Elissa is a Colorado native and was raised in a small town with a community feel, and she is excited for the opportunity to make a difference to her own local community and area residents. The two have always had a passion for animals, and Elissa has been actively involved for many years with a variety of volunteer organizations and professional rescues throughout Colorado. Keenan and Elissa have four children, four dogs, a cat, some sheep, and some chickens, giving them one big happy family!
